User Data Deletion

You can delete the data PulseMarko received from Instagram or Facebook at any time:

Option 1 — from Instagram or Facebook

• Instagram: Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites → PulseMarko → Remove.
• Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites) → PulseMarko → Remove, and tick «delete data».
• We receive the request automatically, delete the connected channel with its messages, contacts and comments, and give you a confirmation code you can check on this page.

Option 2 — in PulseMarko

Open «Channels», choose the channel and press «Delete»: its data is deleted immediately. To delete the whole account, write to us.

Option 3 — by email

Write to [email protected] from the email of your account or tell us your Instagram username / Facebook Page. We delete the data within 30 days and confirm by email.
